We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst to work directly on the factory floor, ensuring compliance of processes, raw materials, and finished products, and strategically contributing to quality, food safety, and operational performance of the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct quality rounds in the factory, identifying and reporting non-conformities in production processes;
* Assess compliance of raw materials and finished products;
* Manage registration, analysis, and resolution of internal and external non-conformities;
* Lead root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa) and monitor action plans;
* Conduct weekly and monthly internal audits;
* Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs);
* Verify correct completion of operational records and forms;
* Collaborate with production to prevent deviations and continuously improve processes;
* Populate quality and food safety system indicators;
* Deliver onboarding training and quality procedure training.
**Desired Knowledge**
* Experience in food or animal nutrition industry;
* Knowledge of: Quality control, GMP / Food safety, Internal audits, Root cause analysis tools;
* Factory-floor experience is a plus;
* Critical eye to identify deviations;
* Ability to investigate causes and propose solutions;
* Commitment to quality and safety;
* Strong communication and interaction skills with operational areas and leadership.
