




Job Summary: We are seeking an Apprentice to assist in problem resolution, issuance of NFDs, and follow-ups with suppliers and customers at the largest air conditioning e-commerce platform. We are looking for an Apprentice to join our Apprenticeship Program. **If you enjoy learning new things and wish to develop your career at the largest air conditioning e\-commerce platform, this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Strictly adhere to company policies and internal procedures; * Receive communication from carriers via the company’s available communication channels; * Assist in problem resolution; * Assist in issuing NFDs; * Conduct follow\-ups with suppliers and customers regarding the status of pickup/reverse logistics processes; * Perform other tasks within the area as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you: * Are 18 years old; * Are currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Are available to participate in the Apprenticeship Program, including hands-on activities at CentralAr and theoretical classes at SENAC. It will be a plus if you: * Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** Work Model: On-site CLT Apprenticeship Contract Schedule: CentralAr.com: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 07:42 to 13:00\.
