To succeed in this role, you must have: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in claims analysis for authorization and pre-approval of reimbursements; * Experience in workflows related to project implementation and systemic improvements; * Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and control skills; * Communication skills, creativity, innovation, customer focus, and initiative; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. It is also desirable that you have: * Knowledge of Agile methodology.
