Build your career with Carmeuse Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the production unit, ensuring its proper functioning throughout the entire process; * Perform operational analyses via a supervisory system, adjusting the process as needed to meet specifications; * Program materials to be used according to product specifications; * Supply the operational unit as required; * Monitor the process via the supervisory system, making adjustments to ensure the product achieves the desired concentration and verifying its quality; * Verify correct operation of the sieve and motors, ensuring they comply with ideal standards; * Receive loading instructions and direct materials to the respective tanks; * Analyze the material’s flow meter and density readings to determine the quantity to be loaded into tanks; * Agitate tanks to receive the product, adjusting tank configuration according to correct specifications; * Open and close valves as required during the process; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Perform operations related to receipt of raw materials and inputs, as well as final product loading; * Inspect equipment; * Generate operational control reports and fiscal documentation for transportation; * Manage inventory levels of raw materials and inputs; * Conduct in-process quality analyses of the product. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, Automation, or Instrumentation.** **Prior experience in industrial operations;** **Knowledge of supervisory systems and operational control systems;** **Ability to interpret and follow technical specifications;** **Skill to perform necessary process adjustments;** **Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance;** **Attention to detail and analytical skills;** **Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;** **Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to safety procedures** **Additional Information** **Work Location: Araçatuba – SP** Carmeuse is a global leader in innovative materials and services, with core competencies in mining equipment, material processing, and engineering solutions.
