Participate in weekly alignment meetings with agency management. Define targeting strategies, audience segments, creatives, and bidding. Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI) and propose adjustments. Conduct ad, landing page, and audience testing. Prepare performance reports and present results. Monitor digital market trends and implement best practices. Collaborate closely with design, copywriting, and sales teams. Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Expected Deliverables: Monthly campaign planning. Weekly performance reports. Continuous optimizations based on data analysis. Strategic suggestions for improving results. Customer support via WhatsApp groups. Periodic alignment meetings regarding status and next steps. Previous roles such as Traffic Coordinator, Traffic Analyst, Traffic Supervisor, or Logistics Manager may indicate familiarity with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
