Job Summary: Develop, implement, and maintain software applications and systems, writing clean and scalable code, participating in requirements analysis, and integrating systems. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement and collaboration in code reviews **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 44 hours per week **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Develop, implement, and maintain medium-complexity software applications and systems. * Write clean, organized, and scalable code following software development best practices. * Participate in requirements analysis and definition of technical solutions together with the technology team. * Perform maintenance and enhancements on existing systems, fixing bugs and optimizing performance. * Integrate systems, APIs, and databases to ensure efficient application operation. * Participate in code reviews and collaborate on continuous development improvement. * Contribute to testing, validation, and deployment of applications in staging and production environments. * Document features, technical processes, and system updates implemented. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Mid-Level Software Developer or similar role. * Experience with modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C\# or similar). * Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). * Experience integrating APIs and developing web services. * Familiarity with version control (Git) and versioning best practices. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar). * Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or deployment pipelines. * Experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Spring, .NET, etc.). * Experience working in agile and collaborative development environments. **Benefits:** Dental insurance, Meal allowance
