Job Summary: Facilitates agile software development by guiding teams, removing impediments, and leading meetings to ensure smooth operation of agile processes. Key Highlights: 1. Work in project management for system development **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology fields (Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related areas); OR a bachelor's degree in any field plus a postgraduate degree in Information Technology (minimum 360 hours). **Main Responsibilities:** Facilitates the agile software development process by guiding development teams, monitoring progress, identifying and eliminating impediments, and assisting the Product Owner in backlog identification and prioritization. Ensures proper execution of agile processes and activities, and is responsible for leading scheduled development process meetings. Guides development teams in applying best practices and techniques while adhering to software design patterns and sprint goals. **Training/Courses/Certifications:** CSM – Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance); OR PSM – Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.ORG); OR PMP ACP – Agile Certified Practitioner. **Minimum Experience:** 6 (six) years of experience in project management related to system development or maintenance. **Proof required**. **Knowledge Areas:** Software development and maintenance maturity models and processes (e.g., RUP, MPS.BR, CMMI-DEV, ISO/NBR 15504); Agile software development, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban; Software metrics (Function Point, Simple Function Point); Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements; Software design patterns; Data modeling; User Experience (UX); Usability in application development; Team leadership; Client negotiation; ITIL. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Report Analysis, Team Development, Technology Tools, Team Management, Client Negotiation, New Business Development, Operating Systems ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher ### **Department:** Government
