A collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a UX Designer to design and evolve digital experiences on corporate education platforms. The candidate will directly contribute to building intuitive, functional, and user-centered interfaces within a collaborative and continuously improving environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and evolve web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Create wireframes, prototypes, and navigation flows * Plan and conduct user research and usability testing * Collaborate closely with design, technology, and product teams * Ensure interface responsiveness, performance, and accessibility * Analyze user behavior and propose continuous improvements **Requirements** * Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript * Hands-on experience with frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular * Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD * Knowledge of responsive design and UX/UI principles * Familiarity with Git and user behavior analytics tools **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with design systems * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban * Experience with usability testing **Job Details** Employment Type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) Location: Campinas/SP 20 paid leave days per year Annual bonus up to 1 monthly salary Birthday day-off Life insurance Benefits via iFood Benefits (discounts with providers, gyms, pharmacies, and telemedicine) **About the Environment** A collaborative environment focused on quality, organization, and continuous improvement.
