**Job Description**

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Develop technical and commercial proposals for motor and generator manufacturing, based on analysis of customer specifications, cost structure, contribution margin definition, and pricing strategy;
* Interface with the production department to negotiate timelines and feasibility for proposal development;
* Lead the interface between the technical area and the application team in global initiatives;
* Support the sales department throughout the customer negotiation process, including participation in technical and commercial meetings;
* Critically analyze purchase orders versus proposals, identifying and resolving potential discrepancies;
* Register purchase orders in corporate systems;
* Interface with engineering to validate technical solutions proposed in proposals involving special or non-standard projects;
* Ensure smooth transition from sales to project management, guaranteeing accurate transfer of all technical and scope-related information from approved proposals;
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations, including customer site visits;
* Consult and negotiate with suppliers to enhance technical and commercial competitiveness of proposals;
* Participate in contractual review meetings;
* Develop and implement continuous improvement projects within the commercial department;
* Support maintenance of quality and continuous improvement programs, in compliance with standards, procedures, and corporate policies, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing them;
* Comply with standards and procedures related to Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems;
* Maintain organization, preservation of materials, equipment, and documentation under one's responsibility;
* Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor and/or work process and quality system procedures.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Completed or ongoing degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering;
* Entry-level experience in the field (internships or early technical career);
* Experience in developing technical-commercial proposals;
* Basic ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical technical drawings;
* Knowledge of dimensional tolerances and technical symbols;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Knowledge of rotating electrical machines characteristics;
* Market knowledge (competitors, suppliers, and customers);
* Advanced English proficiency;
* Willingness to reside in Campinas/SP.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Technical course with emphasis on electrical machines;
* Prior experience in industrial environments, maintenance, workshops, or field operations;
* Participation in motor or generator repair projects;
* Technical training in drawing interpretation or CAD tools;
* Experience with SAP or engineering systems;
* Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
