Event Assistant

Description

* The mission of this professional is to assist in the production of the entire event organization process, from the strategic phase, planning, logistics, and execution of procedures. **Responsibilities and duties*** Answer phone calls and receive in-person customer visits according to service standards and event conversion protocols. * Assist in group reservation negotiations. * Monitor event operations: room setup and teardown, as well as food and beverage services. * Assist in event organization, addressing customer needs. * Ensure the Service Order is sent to all required departments to guarantee proper event execution. * Assist in recording expenses and closing event accounts after validation by the Event Analyst. * Respond to event quotations within the standard timeframe, ensuring the best proposal is sent to the customer after validation by the Event Analyst. * Advise on third-party service contracting. * Assist in follow-ups for quotations, proposals, and deadlines within the event management system.
