Focus on quality and safety **Job Description:** Responsible for preparing, adjusting, and performing welding on metal parts according to project specifications, standards, and quality and safety requirements. Must interpret technical drawings, prepare materials and equipment, perform welding in various positions and materials, and conduct visual inspections of results to ensure quality. Key responsibilities include proper use and maintenance of PPE, participation in training programs, basic equipment maintenance, workplace organization, and immediate reporting of failures or unsafe conditions. Also responsible for ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and suggesting process and workplace improvements. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a welder * Knowledge of welding processes * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Quality control and occupational safety awareness * Specific certifications (AWS, TIG, MIG, etc.) are considered advantageous Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.239,00 \- R$3.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
