No prior experience required A security and monitoring company with over 20 years of experience in the field currently has 2 openings in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Install, configure, maintain, and repair video surveillance (CCTV) systems—including security cameras, alarms, and other monitoring equipment; install infrastructure (cabling, etc.); configure devices such as DVRs/NVRs; and ensure correct system operation, including remote access and image quality. **Requirements:** Proactive attitude; strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly; discipline and commitment to work. Availability for short trips and overtime. No prior experience required (training and professional development provided), though it is a plus. **Salary:** R$ 2.000,00 **Benefits:** Meal Allowance: R$ 33.00 per day (paid in cash); Daily Expense Allowance: R$ 12.40 per day (paid in cash); Monthly Food Basket: R$ 300.00 (paid in cash); Monthly Bonus: R$ 100.00 (paid in cash after probationary period); **Notes:** Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including lunch break.
