If you enjoy challenges, focus on quality, and seek professional growth within a dynamic industrial environment, this opportunity is for you. ✨**Main Responsibilities: Machine Operation and Adjustment** * Perform basic, intermediate, and advanced adjustments of extruders; * Adjust parameters such as temperature, speed, pressure, thickness, diameter, and other product specifications; * Continuously monitor the production process to ensure quality and efficiency; * Conduct inspections of produced pipes using quality tools; * Assist in resolving operational issues and support the team. ✨**Production and Quality Control** * Complete production forms and records; * Update and prepare technical data sheets; * Monitor KPIs and identify deviations in the production process; * Ensure proper packaging and storage of finished products; * Perform grinding of non-conforming materials when required. ✨**General Factory Operations** * Open and close the factory, operating pumps, compressors, chillers, and extruders; * Request preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment; * Temporarily assume shift leadership when necessary. ✨**Requirements** * Ability to read and write; * Basic knowledge of mathematics and computer skills; * Certification for pallet jack and/or forklift operation; * Knowledge of plastic raw materials (PE, PP, PS, ABS, and PVC); * Familiarity with quality tools; * Experience in extruder operation and adjustment is a significant advantage. ✨**Competencies We Seek** * Commitment and accountability; * Organization and discipline; * Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and routine adjustments; * Multitasking capability; * Autonomy and proactivity; * Teamwork and results orientation. **✨ Benefits** \- Medical and dental insurance (after 90 days) \- Meal and food allowance \- Attendance incentive \- Profit-sharing program (PLR) \- Mobility allowance or public transportation voucher \- Marmitex-style meal \- Gympass **Safety and Organization** Here, safety comes first!
