Production Assistant - 2nd Shift

Job Summary: Professional to assist in operating and feeding plastic injection molding machines, performing production, part finishing, and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Working with plastic injection molding machines 2. Focus on production, finishing, and part organization 3. Maintaining industrial organization (5S) SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, from 2:30 PM to 10:39 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in operating and feeding plastic injection molding machines. * Remove produced parts from the machine and inspect for possible defects. * Perform part finishing tasks, such as deburring and separating non-conforming products. * Count, organize, and package produced parts. * Assist in changing boxes, molds, or materials, when necessary. * Keep the work area clean and organized, following industrial organization practices (5S). * Identify and report production failures or machine issues to the supervisor. * Follow occupational safety regulations and company quality procedures. REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school education * Prior production experience * Agility, attention to detail, and organizational skills * Ability to work well in a team Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2\.295,81 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Production (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
