Watch our video to discover more about Fagron Technologies. **About the Role** Work as a Delphi Programmer. **Be the Difference** You possess the following qualifications, experiences, and competencies: **Mandatory Technical Requirements** Completed Bachelor’s Degree Solid experience with Delphi (Object Pascal) Practical experience with Delphi 5/6/7 Practical experience with Delphi 10 or later Strong knowledge of maintaining, fixing, and evolving legacy systems Experience with Firebird database (preferably version 2\.5 or later) Proficiency in SQL (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, JOINs, subqueries, Triggers) Experience with transactions, concurrency control, and data integrity Knowledge of database access frameworks IB and FireDAC (TIBQuery, TIBSQL, TFBQuery, etc.) Consumption of REST APIs (JSON, HTTP) Knowledge of exception handling and debugging Ability to read and understand third-party code Code versioning with Git Clean Code principles **Desirable Technical Requirements** Experience migrating or modernizing legacy Delphi systems Experience with Delphi DLLs Experience developing Delphi-based services Knowledge of integration routines with external systems Basic information security awareness (passwords, basic encryption, access control) Knowledge of Firebird SQL performance tuning Experience with Windows environments (services, permissions, paths, etc.)\[RC1] Familiarity with agile software development methodologies **Behavioral Requirements** Ability to analyze problems in production systems Strong logical reasoning and code organization skills Autonomy to handle medium-complexity tasks Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with other developers Good communication skills to understand business rules Responsibility regarding deadlines and delivery quality Analytical, collaborative, and proactive mindset **Differentiators** Experience in software for compounding pharmacies or healthcare Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations or standards Prior work at companies with long-lived legacy products Experience with unit testing in Delphi \#LI\-Remote **What We Offer?** At Fagron, you’ll find a dynamic, open, and opportunity-rich environment—both professionally and personally.
