**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Productivity calculation (time-motion analysis)
* Operational flow analysis aimed at optimizing movement or increasing productivity
* Standardization of operational activities
* Technical studies targeting the review of existing operational resources to enhance performance (labor, equipment, or adjustments related to production processes)
* Physical layout review (storage, staging, administrative, and support areas)
* ABC curve review
* Cost composition related to the above-mentioned adjustments
* Preparation of technical proposals and validation with the operations manager or requester
* Ensuring compliance with performance indicators
* Ensuring compliance with corporate programs
* Delivering operational training
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
* Experience or knowledge in logistics operations
