Everyone is warmly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform daily screening of the work portfolio; * Schedule the available work portfolio; * Schedule according to team productivity targets; * Register schedules in Energisa systems; * Support feasibility analysis of projects; * Request and monitor progress of scheduled outages with the distribution company; * Provide field teams with works to be executed; * Monitor daily deadlines for work execution; * Monitor feedback on field execution of works; * Monitor daily work output and make necessary adjustments to meet targets; * Reschedule partially completed works; * Reschedule works due to emergency interventions; * Monitor daily scheduling of work corrections; * Monitor work execution status no later than the day following execution; * Follow work prioritization strategy; * Report progress of major and priority works; * Ensure communication of works to executing teams; * Monitor team departures from base to direct them toward the scheduled portfolio; * Ensure schedule execution; * Ensure communication and alignment of scheduling with the distribution company; * Present revenue forecasts and *forecast*. **Requirements and qualifications** You must have: * Completed Electrical Engineering Technician course; * Experience in work scheduling activities; * Solid technical knowledge of distribution works; * Knowledge of work scheduling; * Knowledge of construction standards and distribution regulations; * Knowledge of construction and maintenance of distribution networks; * Regulations related to the activity (NR10); * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level); * Driver’s license Category “B”.
