Requirements: To apply for this opportunity, you must: * Hold a completed bachelor's or technical degree in IT; * Have experience as an IT Assistant or similar role; * Possess knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Be proficient in technical support and network monitoring tools; * Be organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools is desirable.
