**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Network Analyst (IT)** to join our team in **Campinas \- SP region**. This is a permanent, office\-based position offering stability, a competitive benefits package, and the opportunity to work in a structured IT environment supporting business\-critical systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and reliability across the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* User Support: Provide day‑to‑day technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware (primarily laptops) and supporting basic software‑related issues.
* Remote Access \& Collaboration: Support users through remote access tools such as TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, and Remote Desktop to resolve incidents efficiently.
* Network \& Infrastructure Support: Assist with the monitoring, validation, and support of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi equipment, printers, and Windows servers.
* Cloud \& Systems Knowledge: Apply basic working knowledge of Azure and AWS environments to support connectivity, access, and troubleshooting requirements.
* Configuration Coordination: Liaise with offshore configuration teams to provide access, coordinate implementation activities, and perform validation testing following changes.
* Documentation \& Communication: Read, understand, and respond to technical documentation, emails, and instructions in English, ensuring clear and professional communication.
* Reporting: Report into the Area Manager, providing updates on issues, resolutions, and system performance as required.
**Working Hours**
* Monday to Friday
* Flexible schedule with 8 hours per day \+ 1\-hour lunch break
* On\-site role only
**About You**
* Minimum technical qualification; higher education in a technology‑related field is desirable (completed or in progress).
* Medium‑level understanding of network topology and IT infrastructure concepts.
* Comfortable supporting end users in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment.
* Clear communicator with good written and spoken English skills.
* Detail‑oriented and proactive, with a collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
**Essential requirements:**
* Technical qualification in Technology or IT\-related field
* Studying towards or completed higher education in Technology (preferred)
* Minimum age: 21 years
* English proficiency for reading and writing (will be tested)
* Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail
