Job Summary: This role involves planning and delivering theoretical and socioemotional training to apprentice youth, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Apply active learning methodologies and digital tools **Responsibilities** \- Plan and deliver theoretical training to apprentice youth in both in-person and online formats (occasionally). \- Foster a work environment that encourages mutual respect and collaboration. \- Plan and deliver theoretical and socioemotional training to apprentice youth in both in-person and online formats. \- Apply active learning methodologies and digital tools. \- Guide and supervise apprentices during activity execution. \- Evaluate apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. \- Assist apprentices in problem-solving and overcoming challenges related to work and learning. \- Collaborate with other instructor team members and workplace supervisors to ensure an integrated learning experience. \- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities to continuously improve job-related skills and knowledge. \- Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, encouraging mutual respect and collaboration. \- Maintain accurate records of apprentices' class participation. **Requirements** \- Availability to teach on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM; \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Experience in apprenticeship programs or social projects. \- Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or other teaching-related fields. \- Residency in Campinas, Vinhedo, or nearby areas with easy access. **Benefits** \- Employment Contract: Hourly basis \- 3 times per week. \- Approximate salary for 20 hours per week \- Hourly rate: R$ 25.33; \- Meal and transportation allowances paid via CAJU benefits card. \- Birthday day off. \- Total Pass (gym benefit). \- Educational Assistance. \- Annual Bonus.
