Technical pre-sales and commercial intelligence OPPORTUNITY AT A STEEL INDUSTRY MULTINATIONAL This position aims to develop new markets through active mapping of applications and niches. The professional will engage consultatively and technically, responsible for feasibility analysis (technical, financial, and commercial) and solution qualification with Procurement and Engineering. It is essential to equip the sales force with strategic inputs, ensuring an efficient transition from opportunity identification to deal closure. Key responsibilities include: * Market and new business development: Actively seek opportunities in the industry, map new applications for stainless steel, and identify the need to import new products to create novel solutions for customers; * Technical pre-sales: Conduct technical pre-sales activities on-site, diagnosing customer bottlenecks (especially chronic corrosion and abrasion issues) and presenting corresponding solutions; * Feasibility and Qualification: Perform technical and financial (TCO) feasibility studies jointly with Engineering and Procurement, ensuring solution qualification. * Commercial Intelligence: Equip the sales team with strategies and technical inputs, ensuring a smooth transition from opportunity to closure.
