Plastic Injection Technician

**Job Description** We are seeking a professional with experience in plastic injection to work directly on the factory floor, contributing to continuous improvement of production processes and serving as the technical reference for the area. Responsibilities: * Monitor injection processes and identify opportunities for improvement; * Reduce setup time and increase operational efficiency; * Standardize processes and support machine productivity; * Train operators and guide the production team; * Support analysis of bottlenecks and implementation of corrective actions; * Suggest improvements focused on process performance and efficiency. Desired Profile * Mandatory experience in plastic injection; * Experience with small parts, varied setups, and hands-on work on the factory floor; * Hands-on, analytical, and collaborative mindset; * Ability to teach, learn, and adapt to diverse demands. Advantages * Knowledge of dehumidifiers; * Familiarity with process indicators and productive efficiency metrics. Compensation: We are discussing salary expectations.
