




Job Summary: Responsible for operating high-complexity equipment and ensuring compliance with SHEQ and quality standards, performing tasks ranging from line operation to basic maintenance. Performing line adjustments, repairs, and inspections **SHEQ RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Ensure your area operates in accordance with Unilever’s and applicable legislation’s Safety, Health, and Environmental standards, and report any conditions or acts falling below these standards—including those involving third parties. • Maintain a clean and organized workplace throughout your shift. • Update and monitor the management board and its indicators, as well as SHEQ management system procedures. • Perform activities in accordance with relevant procedures and work instructions, and comply with organizational policies, objectives, targets, and performance standards. • Use PPE as required and per work instructions for each area. • Participate in task risk assessments within your work area. • Participate in accident and incident investigations. • Participate in emergency preparedness plan drills. • Use environmental resources—such as water and energy—appropriately, and act responsibly regarding generation and disposal of waste generated during your work. • Act in accordance with established quality control procedures for your role, thereby ensuring compliance with our management system and respect for consumers. KEY TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for operating highly complex equipment • Work in team-based systems, operating lines according to guidance/training to avoid accidents and material losses, aiming to meet the production plan with specified quality. • Conduct production control and reporting via AutoControle • Consult technical lists in Interspec/SAP • Initiate line startup and material verification (SAP) • Prepare drums for variant changeovers • Change labels, back-labels, DUN tags, and 3M labels • Feed boxes into the line • Perform variant and size changeovers • Make necessary equipment adjustments/regulations after changeovers and during normal production • Carry out minor repairs as per guidance/training • Update and present (when requested) the activity board • Perform lubrication, cleaning, and line inspection (per standards) • Conduct attributes (following work instructions) • Count and hand over surplus packaging materials upon program completion, properly identifying them per departmental instructions • Adjust foot-line alignment • Open red, green, yellow, and blue labels when necessary, following standards • Record administrative losses when required • Responsible for line loss reduction activities (P&G) • Generate Kaizens/problem analyses • Perform FOS reporting and control • Carry out minor equipment painting interventions • Perform line organization and identification. • Attend manufacturing meetings • Participate in line preventive maintenance planning • Monitor/guide line team activities REQUIREMENTS: • Completed High School education. • Completed Technical Course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Machinery Maintenance.
