The Internal Communication Coordinator leads the internal communication strategy, ensuring cultural consistency, employee engagement, and organizational results.

**Objective**
The Internal Communication Coordinator will be responsible for defining and leading the internal communication strategy, ensuring alignment among organizational culture, leadership messaging, and employee experience.
They will act as a strategic partner to Human Resources and business units, translating organizational priorities into clear, relevant, and motivating narratives. They will play a central role in strengthening engagement, promoting transparency, and building communication that drives results—directly impacting metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and execute the Internal Communication Plan aligned with corporate and HR guidelines.
* Develop institutional campaigns and engagement initiatives targeting diverse audiences (operational, administrative, and leadership).
* Create and review content for multiple channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and appropriate language.
* Support leadership in team communications by structuring strategic messages and executive presentations.
* Coordinate internal events and corporate recognition programs.
* Develop communication strategies focused on accessibility and engagement.
* Manage communication requests from various departments, ensuring prioritization and delivery quality.
* Monitor communication effectiveness and propose improvements based on engagement and performance indicators.
* Administer climate and pulse surveys—from design and implementation through to results analysis.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
* Experience in internal communications.
* Experience managing campaigns, corporate events, and content production.
* Experience developing executive presentations.
* Knowledge of organizational culture and engagement strategies.
* Intermediate/advanced English (spoken and written)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience engaging operational/industrial audiences
* Involvement in projects aimed at reducing turnover and absenteeism
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
