Basic understanding of documentation reading and quality **We are hiring** **SMT OPERATOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operation of SMT assembly machines (Printer, Pick & Place, and reflow oven). * Electronic component assembly on the production line. * Line setup (change over). * Supplying SMD materials and components. * Monitoring and correction of basic process failures. * Visual inspection of PCBs after assembly. * Supporting line material organization and control. * Completing production reports and records. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Experience operating SMT machines. * Basic knowledge of SMD electronic components. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Commitment, punctuality, and proactivity. * Basic understanding of documentation reading (BOM, assembly instructions, work instructions). * Basic understanding of quality principles. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical training in a related field is preferred. * Knowledge of SMT machine programming (MPM, FUJI, and SAMSUNG) is preferred. * Familiarity with IPC-A-610. * User-level computer skills (Windows and Office suite). * Technical English. * Handling of measurement instruments relevant to the electronics industry. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary. * Transportation allowance (paid in cash). * Meal allowance (paid in cash).
