Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society. **About the role** ================== Job Summary The (Field) Service Sr. Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field service activities including installation, configuration, calibration, and repair of technical products and systems at customer locations. This role supports service delivery and may guide other professional\-level staff in non\-routine situations. This job profile is intended for professional\-level staff that works autonomously and may coordinate the activities of other professional\-level staff, especially in non\-routine situations. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide on\-site technical assistance to Sulzer customers, supervising maintenance, installation, and testing of equipment and their peripheral systems; * Perform equipment parameterization and configuration for start\-up; * Conduct on\-site maintenance and repairs of equipment; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently; * Supervise equipment installation and maintenance at customer sites; * Interpret drawings and flowcharts, and prepare technical reports relevant to all field activities; Supervise field team activities, including Sulzer mechanics, customer mechanics, and supplier mechanics, managing communication, tools, personnel, and other resources to ensure task success; Provide internal and remote technical support to SULZER customers. * **Required Skills** * Technical education in Automation, Electromechanics, or related field; * Knowledge of turbochargers is desirable; * Familiarity with applicable safety and quality standards; * Intermediate English; Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding working hours. * **What we offer you** ===================== Health, dental, and life insurance Meal, food, and public transportation allowances Wellness program and Gympass Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) Private pension plan A wide variety of learning opportunities Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
