We are seeking a Mid-Level Network Administrator to support, evolve, and secure the corporate network environment, with a focus on Fortinet solutions. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, integrity, and continuity of network, telephony, and connectivity services between headquarters, data centers, and branches. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Maintain the network environment with a focus on Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, VPN, and SD\-WAN). * Provide technical support via ServiceNow, handling tickets, incidents, and requests. * Perform advanced troubleshooting for connectivity, firewall, VPN, LAN, WAN, and Wi\-Fi issues. * Propose and implement evolutionary improvements to the network environment. * Ensure application of updates, patches, and information security best practices. * Manage and maintain the VoIP telephony environment (SIP, gateways, trunks, extensions, and call quality). * Participate in network infrastructure projects, expansions, and new implementations. * Prioritize, monitor, and collaborate with vendors and technical partners. * Design and monitor network improvement projects (surveys) for branches. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (topologies, inventory, and standards). **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Experience with Fortinet solutions. * Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, routing, and QoS. * Experience with firewalls, IPsec/SSL VPNs, and security policies. * Hands-on experience with VoIP telephony. * Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool. * Knowledge of information security applied to networks. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Fortinet certifications (NSE). * Experience with distributed networks (headquarters and branches). * Knowledge of enterprise Wi\-Fi. * Experience with cloud-based networks. * Network automation.
