




Job Summary: Work as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, responsible for the entire hiring and onboarding cycle for new employees, aligning candidate profiles and ensuring smooth adaptation. Experience in high-volume hiring and onboarding RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST POSITION FUNCTIONS: * Align job requirements with the respective department manager * Post job openings on platforms and social networks * Screen resumes * Conduct interviews (in-person or online) * Administer assessments (technical and behavioral) * Evaluate candidates and issue recommendations * Manage job offers and admission procedures **Onboarding Responsibilities** * Welcome new employees on their first day * Introduce the company (history, culture, values, and policies) * Explain internal rules, benefits, and policies * Provide guidance on working hours, uniforms, conduct, and tasks * Ensure all required documentation has been submitted correctly * Facilitate integration into the team and workplace environment * Monitor the initial period (adaptation/onboarding experience) **Requirements** Experience in high-volume hiring Experience in onboarding Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Psychology; or currently pursuing such a degree.
