We are seeking an **Analytics Engineering Manager**, who will lead and manage the team responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining analytical solutions—ensuring data quality and integrity to support the company’s strategic and operational decisions. The responsibilities of our Analytics Engineering Manager include: * **Team Management:** Lead, train, and develop an analytics engineering team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * **Data Infrastructure Development:** Design and oversee the creation of efficient and scalable data pipelines, ensuring proper integration and processing of data sources for analysis and reporting. * **Data Quality Assurance:** Implement practices and tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity, as well as establish quality metrics and continuous monitoring. * **Analytical Solutions Implementation and Data Strategy:** Define and execute the organization’s data strategy, aligning it with business objectives; translate these requirements into technical analytical solutions—such as dashboards, reports, and data visualizations—and ensure the data infrastructure supports short- and long-term analytical needs. * **Project and Priority Management:** Manage and prioritize multiple analytical and data engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality requirements. * **Adoption of New Technologies:** Evaluate and implement new data tools and technologies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver deeper, faster insights to the organization. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with Product, Software Engineering, Data Science, and other teams to align data requirements and ensure solutions effectively serve various business functions. * **Mentoring and Career Development:** Provide technical guidance and support for the professional development of the analytics engineering team, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and helping team members achieve their career goals. **What qualifications do you need to be considered for this role?** * Solid experience in data engineering, data analysis, or related fields, including leadership or team management roles. * Proven experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines, analytical solutions, and large-scale data platforms. * Proficiency in ETL tools and data engineering frameworks such as Apache Spark, Airflow, dbt, Kafka, or similar. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.). * Strong command of programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or Scala for process automation and data analysis.
