Job Summary: Responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience in collections and debt negotiation 2. Familiarity with debt negotiation and settlement agreements 3. Basic knowledge of legislation regarding default and collections (preferred) **Responsibilities:** Contact active customers in the database to collect overdue payments via phone, email, and WhatsApp; **Requirements:** High school diploma; prior experience in collections; familiarity with debt negotiation and settlement agreements; basic knowledge of legislation regarding default and collections is preferred; Microsoft Office – Excel; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.100,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
