Job Summary: This role involves food pre-preparation, vegetable cutting, salad preparation, mayonnaise production, dish assembly and food expiration date control, as well as cleaning and organizing the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Perform food pre-preparation and dish finishing 2. Responsible for organizing and cleaning the work area 3. Monitor food expiration dates and labeling Assist with all food pre\-preparation tasks, vegetable cutting, leafy green mix (salads) preparation, mayonnaise production, dish finishing\/assembly, and food expiration date control (labeling).
