We are looking for someone who enjoys teamwork, pays attention to detail, and maintains the establishment's quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meats, hamburgers, portions, and other items on the griddle; * Ensure flavor, plating, and presentation standards of dishes; * Monitor preparation time and support kitchen workflow; * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the cooking station and equipment; * Assist in restocking and controlling supplies; * Follow hygiene, food handling, and food safety standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a griddle cook, kitchen assistant, or in similar roles; * Agility and organization in the work environment; * Commitment, responsibility, and proactivity; * Ability to work well in a team; * Flexible availability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-volume production restaurants; * Experience preparing bar-style portions and dishes; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary; * Commission / bonus; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Opportunity for growth.
