Speak with your immediate manager, express your aspirations, and keep your resume updated in Sonepeople. **Responsibilities** * **Project Planning:** Development of schedules, scope definition, structuring of work plans, and alignment of phases with involved departments. * **Risk Management:** Identification, analysis, and proposal of mitigation plans—ensuring proactive project execution. * **Project Team Coordination:** Organization of requirements, facilitation of monitoring routines, and support to teams responsible for deliverables. * **Stakeholder Management:** Mapping and active engagement with all stakeholders—ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and involvement. * **Quality Control:** Monitoring of KPIs, review of deliverables, and assurance of compliance with established standards. * **Tracking and Monitoring:** Maintenance of status reports, monitoring rituals, and periodic updates on progress, risks, and deviations. * **Budget Management:** Cost control, analysis of financial variances, and support in developing forecasts and investment requirements. * **Project Closure:** Consolidation of lessons learned, formal closure documentation, and final deliverables documentation. * **Application of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies:** Use of appropriate frameworks and best practices tailored to the project type. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge and experience with Waterfall Methodology. * Assertive communication skills—with the ability to convey information clearly and objectively. * Ability to build and maintain relationships, strengthening cross-departmental collaboration. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Advanced Excel. * Advanced Microsoft Project. * Project management certifications.
