Inventory optimization and service level improvement We are looking for a **Senior Logistics Analyst** with strong expertise in **Demand Planning and S\&OP.** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct demand planning and lead the S\&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process * Ensure accuracy of short-term forecasting (including daily analysis and cyclic inventory) * Analyze historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, promotional events, and new product launches * Apply demand analysis methodologies such as **MAPE and BIAS**, ensuring higher forecast accuracy * Ensure alignment across **demand, supply chain, finance, service level, inventory, and margin** functions * Support strategic decision-making using logistics data and KPIs * Perform inventory analysis and optimize service levels ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience in Demand Planning and Logistics * Experience with S\&OP processes * Knowledge of forecast analysis and KPIs such as MAPE and BIAS * Experience in inventory analysis and short-term planning * ERP system familiarity preferred: **Totvs, Consinco, or Protheus** * Analytical mindset, data-oriented, with strategic business vision * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in food retail * Exposure to dynamic, operationally complex environments * Strong data analysis skills and ability to support decision-making If you are an analytical professional with demand planning experience and seek to work in a strategic environment with direct impact on operations and results, this opportunity is for you.
