We believe in human potential and know that together we become better—and it is our people who enable us to succeed. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in applying logistics procedures, including receiving, storage, movement, dispatch, and distribution of materials and products. * Collaborate in managing logistics operations from a multimodal perspective. * Perform storage processes and activities with a focus on transporting products and/or parts and components, aiming to meet sales and after-sales (equipment and replacement parts) requirements. * Monitor logistics processes as directed by the Logistics Coordinator. * Daily follow-up on deliveries, pickups, and pending incidents via email and phone calls; maintain control over pending and resolved incidents, ensuring excellent customer service upon receipt of goods. * Obtain air and dedicated road freight quotations for priority cases. * Process payment orders, verifying basic details regarding the freight used—Outbound, Inbound, and transfers. * Handle billing for Sales Orders, Shipments, etc. * Support annual and cyclical inventory processes. * Consult your immediate supervisor whenever necessary for clarification or assistance during task execution. * Strong collaboration with the Sales Administration team to resolve logistics-related problems and demands. * And other routine tasks within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * CLT employment contract * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Technology, or related fields * Knowledge of invoices (NF), freight, and warehouse flow * Intermediate Office Suite and Excel skills — **Mandatory** * Experience with Protheus/TOTVS system — **Desirable** * Availability to work in **Valinhos/SP** (residency in Valinhos or surrounding areas required) * Hybrid position (4 days onsite) **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Benefit (with no 6% deduction) * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Wellhub or Total Pass * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Parking With over 25 years of history, the **Elettromec Group** is a reference in luxury home appliances in Brazil, recognized for combining technology, design, and superior functionality.
