Job Summary: A professional responsible for billing, logistics control, inventory management, receiving and shipping of cargo, and forklift operation, ensuring warehouse operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Handling of billing, logistics control, and inventory management. 2. Responsibility for receiving, inspection, and shipment of cargo. 3. Forklift operation and use of SAP for reporting. About the Role Invoicing of fiscal notes; Updating logistics-related control spreadsheets; Scheduling and coordinating with transport companies for delivery arrangements; Receiving and inspecting cargo (raw materials and finished products); Inventory management (cyclic inventories, quantities, expiry dates, batches, etc.); Operational support in shipping (forklift and manual); Generating reports via SAP; Managing pickup schedules and delivery confirmations; Controlling and archiving freight bills (CTE) and delivery receipts; Coordinating forklift maintenance with suppliers; Verifying vehicle and driver safety, capacity, and documentation prior to loading; Your Competencies and Experience Forklift Operator Certification and completed High School education Why Join Us Experience with SAP system We offer competitive salaries aligned with local market standards and with the scope and specific responsibilities of each role.
