Collaborate with teachers and administrators. We are looking for a senior academic advisor to join our private education network. As an advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the academic and personal development of our high school (12th grade) students. This is a dynamic and challenging role requiring a combination of pedagogical, communication, and leadership skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing continuous support and helping resolve any issues that arise along the way. Additionally, you will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to ensure students have the best possible learning environment. For this position, we seek someone with a strong educational background and proven experience in high school academic advising. A deep understanding of students’ needs and adolescent dynamics is essential. Your communication skills must be impeccable, with active listening and clear expression abilities, positively influencing those around you.
