




Job Summary: Opportunity for an IT support technician, focused on hardware configuration, network and system troubleshooting, with emphasis on user support and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Hardware and peripheral configuration and maintenance. 2. Technical support for networks, Windows 10/11, and systems. 3. User support and support ticket management. Headset, mouse, keyboard, and monitor replacement and configuration. Resolving audio and microphone issues in dialing systems (softphones). Machine formatting and deployment using tools such as Ghost, SCCM, or network-based cloning (PXE). Network cable crimping and patch panel organization in racks. Testing network ports and ensuring machines communicate correctly with the operation's server/VLAN. Basic monitoring support for internet links and servers to report outages to the Senior/Expert team. Creating users, resetting passwords, and joining machines to the domain. Registering and closing support tickets (Service Desk), ensuring SLA compliance (response time). Education: Currently pursuing or completed a Technical or Bachelor's degree in Networks, Information Systems, or Computer Science. Required Knowledge: Windows 10/11 Pro (advanced configurations). Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Knowledge of desktop hardware and peripherals. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, strong communication skills with non-technical users, and organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous requests.
