We are looking for a Service Assistant to join our team at BRASIF MACHINES **Responsibilities and duties** Activities: * Sending pending technical service issues to consultants. * Recording technicians’ working hours in the system. * Attaching reports to the system. * Managing the return of parts from warranty services. * Entering technicians’ reimbursement requests. * Managing returns of warranty parts. **Requirements and qualifications** Prerequisites: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic knowledge of construction/material handling equipment is desirable. * Must reside in Jundiaí and/or nearby regions.
