**Work Location:** Salvador/BA
**Your energy will be vital to:**
Strategically coordinate budget governance, ensuring standardization, monitoring, and efficiency of the budgeting process, while supporting decision-making through financial analysis, performance monitoring, and integrated management across various organizational areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate budget process governance, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
* Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic budget reviews, guaranteeing consistency and quality of information.
* Ensure standardization, deployment, and communication of corporate budget-related guidelines to involved departments.
* Consolidate physical and financial monitoring materials, analyzing results and proposing adjustments and replanning together with responsible departments.
* Monitor action plans, supporting departments in execution and adherence to deadlines and targets.
* Conduct budget variance analyses, identifying risks, efficiency opportunities, and resource optimization potential.
* Map and review internal processes related to budget management, proposing improvements, simplification, and efficiency gains.
* Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs, tracking performance, trends, and impacts.
**To join our team, you must have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, or related fields;
* Knowledge of budget management and financial planning;
* Knowledge of financial analysis and performance indicators;
* Experience in budget and forecast preparation and monitoring;
* Experience in process mapping and improvement;
* Advanced Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint);
* Skills in executive presentations and reporting;
* Experience in data analysis;
* Availability to work and reside in Salvador/BA.
**Nice-to-have qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management is desirable.
* Knowledge of electricity sector regulation, especially Normative Resolution No. 1,000 (desirable);
* Proficiency in **Artificial Intelligence** tools applied to data analysis, report generation, automation of analytical routines, and decision support.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc.);
