Previous experience in people management and service management. **Responsibilities:** --------------- * Prepare reports and maintain records to identify specialties and physicians within the Clinical Staff, thereby strengthening relationships and partnerships with clients (physicians and/or patients); * Monitor physician visit and recruitment processes, as well as welcome strategic physicians; * Ensure necessary communication to the medical and/or patient audience; * Convey service requests, suggestions, and improvement proposals to management for the Patient Concierge service; * Plan and coordinate events targeting physicians and patients; * Monitor and ensure the efficiency of the Patient Concierge service in accordance with existing standards; * Monitor and ensure efficient physician onboarding upon arrival of new physicians and existing ones, including handling their requests; * Accompany physicians during their first surgery at the facility; * Receive clients (physicians and patients), considering supervision of the service; * Introduce facilities to clients (physicians and/or patients); * Identify potential physicians within the operational area; * Schedule and participate in Medical Integration sessions; * Schedule the Surgeon’s Coffee Meeting with Unit Directors; * Monitor outcomes of surgical concierge and patient concierge services (NORDOR 158\); * Present monthly departmental performance indicators to the Bahia Regional Management; * Deliver gifts to clients (medical supervisors and notable patients); * Maintain up-to-date service information for report preparation and performance indicator monitoring; * Supervise Patient Concierge service activities; * Generate reports to track visits and Patient Concierge service activities; * Support execution of other department/unit activities, as directed by superiors; * Perform duties in alignment with principles of excellence in quality management; **Additional Information:** ----------------------- * Work location: Bahia Regional Hospital * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM–6:00 PM) / Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) * Availability for training. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education** Completed undergraduate degree **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Partnership agreements with affiliated companies Cafeteria Life insurance Transportation allowance Product discounts ### **About Rede D'Or** Founded in 1977 as “Cardiolab”, it currently operates 75 owned hospitals and 3 managed hospitals, plus 55 oncology clinics across the states of RJ, SP, MG, PE, BA, MA, SE, CE, AL, PB, PR, MS, PA, and DF.
