At GRU, we believe every employee is essential to reaching new heights. **DESCRIPTION:** Carry out support activities for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of air conditioning equipment, cold rooms, and ventilation systems, in accordance with work orders and the weekly schedule defined by supervision. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning, and mechanical ventilation systems, following the maintenance plan and instructions from the responsible technician or supervisor; * Support inspection and diagnosis of failures in refrigeration equipment (chillers, condensers, evaporators, fan coils, split systems, self-contained units, cold rooms, etc.); * Carry out cleaning and preservation of filters, coils, drain pans, heat exchangers, and other components of air conditioning systems; * Assist in measuring and recording operational parameters—such as pressure, temperature, and flow—to help monitor equipment performance; * Replace simple parts and components—including belts, filters, sensors—and perform minor repairs under technical supervision; * Support assembly and installation of refrigeration equipment and accessories, following drawings, sketches, and technical instructions; * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, quality, safety, health, and environmental (QSMS) standards and procedures; participate in training sessions; and correctly use PPEs and collective protective equipment; * Record and report irregularities observed during maintenance activities to supervision for immediate correction; * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace, and of tools and materials used; * Work rotating shifts or administrative hours, according to operational needs; * Support material and tool control, ensuring availability and proper maintenance of resources used in daily activities. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: vocational training focused on mechanics, refrigeration, and/or electricity; * Experience in the Maintenance field. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred. * Specific regulatory training: NR 12, NR 35, and NR 06. **BENEFITS PACKAGE:** Market-Competitive Salary 40-Hour Weekly Work Schedule – Availability for Rotating Shifts Meal Voucher: BRL 1,255.78/month; Food Voucher: BRL 182.03/month; Profit-Sharing Program; Amil Co-Payment Health and Dental Plan; Private Pension Plan: BraslPrev; Parking or Transportation Voucher; Childcare Reimbursement; Life Insurance; Gympass; Partnerships with educational institutions and language courses; Payroll-Deducted Loans.
