As a Junior Logistics Monitor, you’ll be a key piece in ensuring our processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with zero surprises for the customer. You’ll work at a growing company with a structured operation and a focus on continuous improvement. Here, your ideas are welcome, and you’ll have space to learn logistics hands-on, supported by an experienced team. * Monitor receiving, warehousing, and shipping routines. * Track orders, delivery deadlines, and shipment statuses in the system. * Update operational control spreadsheets and reports. * Support the team in warehouse organization and inventory counts. * Provide phone or messaging-app support to guide deliveries. * Record incidents: immediate identification and reporting of delays, unplanned stoppages, or mechanical issues. * Suggest improvements to daily processes and routines. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing (internship or CLT). * Completed high school education; technical or university degree in Logistics or related fields (in progress or completed) is desirable. * Basic knowledge of Excel and logistics/warehousing systems or ERPs. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ease working with numbers and deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution centers, warehouses, or logistics operators. * Experience monitoring deliveries, route planning, or tracking. * Familiarity with logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF, service level, inventory accuracy). * Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
