The professional will be responsible for ensuring the company's asset security, identifying and preventing losses, and guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and procedures. If you possess keen attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and seek a dynamic work environment, this position is for you! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor and inspect store areas, warehouses, and parking lots to identify and prevent theft, robbery, and other irregularities. * Conduct periodic patrols and visual inspections to verify product and facility security. * Monitor the flow of people and goods, observing suspicious behaviors. * Prevent losses caused by breakage, damage, expiration, and operational errors. * Verify compliance with security and loss prevention policies and procedures. * Record incidents, prepare reports, and report irregularities to supervision. * Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure product organization and security. * Support internal inventories and audits. * Ensure the physical safety of employees and customers. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience as a Loss Prevention Officer or in related fields (security, surveillance). * Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and asset security. * Observational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and proactivity. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Training course in security or loss prevention. * Knowledge of CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems. * Retail experience. #### **Benefits:** \[To be filled in here] #### **Work schedule and working hours:** \[To be filled in here]
