Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to provide operational support, perform pre-preparation and preparation tasks, and ensure organization and sanitation—guaranteeing efficiency, care, quality, and food safety. Maintain daily organization and cleanliness of the kitchen We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to support kitchen operational activities, contributing to food pre-preparation, preparation, organization, and sanitation of food items, utensils, and the work environment. This professional will support the team during production, ensuring processes are carried out efficiently, carefully, and with quality while adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations. Responsibilities * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation. * Sanitize and organize utensils, equipment, and the work environment. * Support the kitchen team during production. * Follow quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. * Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage. * Maintain daily organization and cleanliness of the kitchen. Requirements * Preferred: Prior experience as a kitchen assistant * Efficiency, organization, and proactivity. * Ability to work well in a team. * Commitment to hygiene and quality standards. Work Schedule According to legal shift schedule: * **Sunday to Thursday:** 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM. * **Friday and Saturday:** 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM. Compensation * **Base salary + tips**, averaging **R$ 800.00 in tips**.
