Welcome patients, family members, and other visitors with attention and courtesy, delivering in-person and remote service, guidance, registrations, and appointments accurately, ensuring reception organization and appropriate information flow among clients, clinical staff, and support departments, thereby contributing to a safe and humanized experience across all institutional services. Requirements: * Perform welcoming activities (in-person and telephone), schedule consultations/procedures, and confirm private and health insurance appointments. * Process payments (various methods), issue invoices, submit financial reports to the Finance Department, and forward health insurance forms to the Billing Department. * Carry out hospital admission procedures, prepare medical prescriptions, manage medical record/report requests, and guide family members regarding services and visitation policies. * Ensure organization and supply replenishment of consultation rooms and the reception area, and submit IT, Maintenance, and Cleaning service requests via the system (Tasy). * Record pending items in the system, manage satisfaction surveys, report complaints to management, and provide administrative support to leadership. * Train new staff and cover positions (Call Center or other reception areas) as requested.
