Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for prospecting and onboarding independent drivers, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring documentation and vehicle compliance, overseeing the entire trip process.

Starting Salary: R$ 1\.800,00 \+ (bonus) \= Earnings potentially reaching R$ 3\.500,00
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours, working time: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Meal allowance: R$180.00 (per month)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect independent drivers via specialized platforms, contact networks, or internal databases;
• Verify mandatory documentation for drivers and vehicles, including driver's license (CNH), National Registry of Road Transport Companies (RNTRC), insurance policy, ANTT authorization, vehicle licensing, etc.;
• Confirm whether the vehicle meets cargo requirements (type, weight, special characteristics);
• Negotiate freight rates, delivery deadlines, and payment terms according to company policy, including toll fees where applicable;
• Generate and submit mandatory trip documents: Freight Contract, Electronic Cargo Manifest (CT-e), Electronic Multimodal Freight Manifest (MDF-e), etc.;
• Monitor confirmation of cargo pickup, delivery execution, and return of supporting documentation;

**Required Knowledge:** Desirable Qualifications:
• Knowledge of transportation regulations (ANTT, Toll Voucher, RNTRC, etc.);
• Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal communication;
• Attention to detail and focus on deadlines;
• Experience with freight management platforms or driver onboarding platforms (e.g., Fretebras, TruckPad, etc.).
