If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Execute necessary actions to maintain and continuously improve the Occupational Safety Management System, monitoring working conditions and identifying adverse situations through inspections and systematic application of legislation and corporate procedures, aiming to preserve employees' health and physical integrity, as well as raising awareness for preventive action on related topics. **Detailed Description:** * Analyze variables and trends, implement, maintain, and execute activities related to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 45001, following company guidelines. * Identify hazards, safety risks, and exposure levels, and manage actions within the hierarchy of controls, developing execution plans with defined priorities to promote a safe and healthy environment through continuous reduction of incidents and the company's safety risk factor. * Monitor established indicators and support departments in developing and implementing work procedures/instructions and tools to safely perform activities, thereby mitigating or eliminating risks and meeting legal criteria and requirements. * Monitor proper and consistent use of safety resources (preventive tools, procedures, technical instructions), conducting area inspections and supporting and guiding leadership in addressing identified deviations—promptly, collectively, and systemically. * Respond assertively to accidents and incidents, fulfilling responsibilities and deadlines, investigating root causes, identifying recurrence risk mitigation actions, proposing improvements to prevention standards, and preparing statutory and statistical accident control reports. * Support audits and inspections by presenting documents that verify and justify compliance with specific legislation, aiming to minimize risks, penalties, and substantiate adopted practices. * Implement processes and procedures contributing to enhancing the company's safety management, evaluating impacts on performance, mapping risks and potential vulnerability points inherent to the topic, influencing strategic decision-making for adopting safe and clean technologies, focusing on reducing business-inherent risks. * Support less technically proficient professionals when tasks are highly complex, sharing knowledge and fostering their development. * Support the immediate manager in area-specific processes, leveraging experience for self-development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Industrial sector experience; * Thorough knowledge of regulatory standards; * Team leadership experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the food industry. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: Feira de Santana/BA. * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
