Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** ✓ Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the distribution center; ✓ Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures; ✓ Register and update customer information; ✓ Inspect all products received at the distribution center, with special focus on customer returns; ✓ Process returns to the factory or as requested; ✓ Monitor returns requested from the carrier; ✓ Ensure and monitor results of the rotating inventory and request all necessary adjustments; ✓ Monitor general warehouse temperature and humidity; ✓ Guide and maintain warehouse cleanliness according to standards required by competent authorities; ✓ Ensure and direct the execution of all technical activities; ✓ Accompany inspections conducted by regulatory authorities; ✓ Ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. ✓ Postgraduate degree in logistics is desirable. Specific Knowledge / Skills: ✓ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel) ✓ Knowledge of Good Storage and Distribution Practices; ✓ Knowledge of legislation, documentation, and regulations related to CRF, Health Surveillance, and ANVISA. **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the selection process, as required by the department. * Location: AV.
