Challenging environment focused on personal and professional development We seek a challenge-driven professional to serve as one of the pioneering leaders in our expansion, ensuring effective management of Luuna’s physical store—specializing in mattresses and pillows—upon its launch in Brazil. Through people development and strategic business planning, the professional will oversee and deliver results. **Key Responsibilities** * Store opening/closing; * Developing sales staff; * Safeguarding assets and organizing the store; * Customer service; * Managing inventory inflows and outflows; * Leading and motivating sales staff; * Staying attentive to innovations and market trends; * Driving customer loyalty and referrals; * Creating contact schedules for follow-ups with offers; * Negotiating payment terms, conditions, and possible promotional discounts; * Promoting products by highlighting benefits differentiating them from competitors; * Maintaining communication with relevant departments regarding customer requests; **Requirements and Expectations** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in sales and in-person customer service (preferably with premium brands or mattresses); * Strong argumentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills; * Friendly and courteous demeanor to deliver excellent customer service; * Good interpersonal skills; * Agility, motivation, proactivity, and quick thinking to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products; * Strong communication skills; * Basic computer literacy. **Compensation and Benefits** * CLT employment contract; * Fixed Salary: R$ 2.752,00; * Commission-based Bonus; * Health Insurance (no employee deduction); * Dental Insurance (no employee deduction); * Life Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Transport (no employee deduction); * Total Pass; * Birthday Day Off; * Challenging environment fostering personal and professional development; * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off — 44 hours/week Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Dental Insurance * Health Insurance * Commission-based Bonus * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Meal Voucher * TotalPass
